Full Moon LEDs in Taikoo Li

Posted: 2013/10/07

Taikoo Li in Beijing's Sanlitun district has a new LED lighting display. A couple months ago, they had an LED lighting display disguised as incandescent lighting. This time, as part of the Chinese Moon Festival, Karen Chan's Introspective was shown.

A description to the display: Have you ever realized your dreams?
In every frame surrounded by dimmed lights and fog, there is a part of memory belonging to you. Can you still remember the little one in childhood, who was holding a lantern in hand and celebrating Mid-autumn festival with parents?

The display is located in the busy entrance to Taikoo Li shopping center.

Colorful frames illuminated by LEDs on the inside stand about 1.5-2.5 meters tall.

Through a small opening the LEDs are visible - they appear to be 5050 light strips.

The display is a fun attraction for both adults and kids!
