Yuji Lighting Human-Centric Lighting at Light + Building

Yuji Lighting successfully concluded its participation at Light + Building 2026 in Frankfurt, where we presented our latest science-driven Human-Centric Lighting (HCL) solutions to a global audience of lighting professionals.

Throughout the exhibition, our booth attracted strong interest from architects, lighting designers, and healthcare specialists seeking more than conventional tunable white lighting. What stood out was our commitment to measurable, biologically effective lighting, built on validated scientific metrics rather than simplified color temperature adjustments.

We demonstrated how Yuji Lighting solutions go beyond traditional lighting by integrating:

  • Advanced spectral engineering for both visual and non-visual performance
  • Scientifically validated metrics m-DER and m-EDI, enabling true circadian lighting design
  • An ultra-wide lighting range (1250K – 100000K+), covering complete day-to-night human needs
  • High color fidelity (up to CRI 98) with excellent consistency and flicker-free performance

A key highlight was our ability to deliver extended melanopic control, allowing lighting designers to precisely manage circadian stimulus across different scenarios—from daytime activation to nighttime melatonin protection—something conventional static or tunable white lighting cannot achieve.

Visitors also experienced our integrated lighting solutions based on the Cira Series, designed for real-world applications such as healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and residential environments. These systems combine:

  • Glare-controlled luminaire design
  • Natural light spectrum reproduction
  • Intelligent control systems with automated circadian schedules

Particularly in healthcare and elderly care applications, our solutions demonstrated how lighting can actively support sleep quality and daily rhythm stabilization, while maintaining high visual comfort and safety.

Another key differentiator highlighted during the show was our vertically integrated manufacturing capability, covering phosphor development, LED packaging, and final luminaire design. This enables unmatched control over spectrum precision, product consistency, and customization flexibility.

Light + Building 2026 confirmed a growing industry shift:
From lighting for visibility → To lighting for human wellbeing.

We welcome partners, designers, and project owners to connect with us and explore how our technology can support your next lighting project.
